Beliefism is powerful and useful, thus it evolved as one of religion’s many tricks. Many versions of Christianity have components of Beliefism — let’s call that “Beliefianty”. Beliefiantiy is harmful and destructive and should be fought. But Christianity is not the only one that uses Beliefianty — we see it clearly in many flavors of Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and more.

Religion is not the only group that uses Beliefianty. Consider the groups representing animal rights, abortion, guns, homosexual marriage, vegetarian vs meat, immigration, etc. The problem arises when what someone feels or thinks becomes their agenda to make everyone else abide by their ideology. If one does not agree with their thoughts and feelings (ideology) they are considered morally and intellectually inferior. Thus the self-fault blindness
The “groups” intellectual matrix is no different than that of the intellectual matrix of literal religious beliefs. One is based on DNA and a personal narrow exposure to their culture and environment. The other is based on dogma.
