Just to address the whole preferred share question.
We all know that TPAC doesn't have the $800,000 to 1 million needs for the shares that were purchased off the market. That is clear, the first PO for 100 K hasn't been billed yet. So that means the money came from somewhere else.
I could be that it was some of the capital put forward by the doctors that financed the factory and the last 8 months of company expenses, It could be that investors did buy preferred shares in order to give TPAC the capital. It could be some other options that we've not thought of. Honestly, I don't worry about the method. Let's remember these guys http://www.gtlaw.com/. TPAC uses a large reputable law firm to help them with all filings and business dealings. Whatever TPAC elected to do I'm confident that it was with all required due diligence.
I think we also can see that whatever money was used for the first leg of the buyback is gone, I haven't seen any volume in weeks that indicates company buying shares. BUT I'm sure that as revenue comes in, possibly other "angel" investors, that TPAC will continue to reduce the float by buying shares out of the marketplace.
Bill obviously want the SS back to something closer to what is was in 2013. Back the PPS was between .05 and .13 with no revenue. imagine was the PPS will be in 2017 with a repaired SS and millions in revenue.
$TPAC LONG for sure
