71 days from when the original closing date, or date the 8k was required to be filed was 11-30, without factoring in their 15 days extension would put 71 days at Tuesday. 24th if you do factor in the 15 day extension. Thats just going by the wording of the 8k. Hopefully its this week, that would be awesome.
