It has been over a year of extensions for the pilot run--the first step in an undisclosed number of steps before an actual sale is supposed to occur. You investors haven't received any reason for the delays.
On top of that, PTOI has been sitting on its hands for that entire time. Remember that just recently Mr. Heddle announced that he was so busy, busy, busy with EcoNav that he couldn't find the time to hold a shareholders' meeting.
Is it possible that Mr. Heddle isn't telling investors something they need to know??
Seems like a long time since the summer of 2010 when investors were excited for the air permit. The air permit, requiring a 24-hour stack test, was the only remaining step before full commercial production would occur.
Those carrots keep coming hard and fast and if you don't stop to think about what's going on, you'll end up chasing those carrots around and around the calendar for years.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
