NTEK/UF Positives & Negatives from one guys look: AND OF COURSE I LOVE THE COMPANY SO A LITTLE BIAS!

POSITIVES:
1. Compression Technology (Not just 4k, HDR, and Future compression) these guys thought ahead!

2. Management Team and relationships they bring.

3. Reach because of #1 above with entertainment distribution.

4. App TV (where entertainment has headed) on "X" Percent devices and more coming!

5. Product Time to entry was SPOT ON!

6. Others I'm not mentioning, with other products that will involve 4k content, VR, ect...Gaming...

Negatives:;
1. Small ( this is only a negative due to the constants on cash flow!) but a positive in other ways.

2. "Time" to develop their product.
