I have never been one to sit.... As a shareholder we all have legal rights the board and company must respect. If we have questions they should and must respond. Use your rights in all your investments not just this.
What I was most impressed with from the convo was the size of the China market. Every TV over 55" is to have QD tech. Approx 5 million panels a year. China wishes to be the leader and stomp out Korean OEM's. In China we have what 5 major OEM's. Imagine 2 mil of the 5 mil demand. Approx 1000kg a year. Net 30-40 mil a year for the new JV. 50% back to QTMM as the parent.
SP will take a run. Takes time to dismantle the wall of early investors taking quick profit up front. Hell, I sold Rona this week for a double up.
