$TPAC Honesty is best for the long haul, even if it means raining on a parade; nothing wrong with a rescheduling. The best thing for us overall is unbiased info and a strong sense of optimism when speculating the future. Any experienced investor sees through hype and moves on without objective data, unless just in for a flip.
As for the Boeing presentation, it has yet to be delivered, at least based upon this, from Twitter:

@BrianWayneDavi1 Days. No later than the end of next week, but hopefully sooner. I want a few people to look at it to make sure it's perfect
It should be in Boeing's hands very soon. And we'll know that for sure once we get our eyes on it, as there is no way Bill is going to show it to us before his true target audience. I am also with you that it is going to take some time for all of this to materialize once submitted. That said, I do think we will have a definitive answer this spring as to whether or not they begin placing orders. I personally think they will. If we can get NAVAIR and get it in less than average time with less money spent(see Simi Valley Tweet for comparative), then we can land Boeing; persistence and attention to detail, along with the ability to negotiate and deliver in a timely fashion(product quality is already green-lighted via NAVAIR qual).
