The biggest piece of crap was something called the GC Loan. All of the sudden...any idiot became a builder. It became a one employee organization that subbed out all the work. They all wanted their asses licked as well(well...not all)...but got spoiled quick.

Those peckerwoods destroyed everything....all that is left currently...are tract builders mainly and of course on another note Berkshire who scooped of thousands of businesses...grouped them together in selected categories...pretending they are different...yet all look the same.
