I could explain it, but I don't believe you would understand. I personally think you are watching CTIX but don't own it or don't own very much. Just my opinion based on my understanding of human behavior.

Here goes anyway. Cellceutix is simply closer to the floor than many other stocks, so there just isn't much more to fall. High flyers are in more danger. Probably a better time to buy oil companies than to sell them for example.
