Has it occurred to you that perhaps Shkreli is behind many of these short-selling scams? He built his "business" as a short-seller before he bought the company and raised the price of the 60-year-old drug to stupid levels.

Just because he torpedoed AVXL openly with tweets doesn't mean he wasn't abusively shorting other companies, quietly.
