No, I don't think that. I simply use those 54 year snapshots of the Presidents and the economy to counter the Republican charges that they are uniquely good 'stewards' for creating jobs and stock market booms.

I've never seen them propose anything other than tax cuts to create jobs. In other words, fairy dust' economics. How'd that work last time around? How's it working in WI, LA, Ne?

I stand by my claim that a Republican President could have run on the Obama economy, as if it were a Republican president's economy in '12, and won.

And real unemployment number or not, do you think any Republican would NOT want to run with a sub 5% unemployment figure, if it happened on their 'watch'?
