No, it wasn't. I was responding to your response to that post.

I stated that 4.9% was useful political reference point for Republicans who hoped for 6% by the end of their unrealized first term, and for other Republican who claimed that Obamcare and a tax hike would
preclude ever seeing anything below 5%, and in fact predicted higher unemploynebnt.
I've acknowledged repeatedly that there is a higher real rate, pointing out that there always has been one but that it's only being emphasized now by partisan Republican sympathizers and apologists like yourself.
Anyone who has a reading comprehension problem like you have should be a little more cautious wit the word 'moron'
