$TPAC I'm wondering if the two new 52-week highs, one set this week and the other set during the first week in January, can be considered as a double top, a bearish reversal signal. To confirm, the pps would have to fall to below .0018, the LOD from January 14.
This could be correct but, news trumps all charts and, once Bill releases news, the pps could turn upward.
