They are not a real IR firm. Go to their web site and look at their services. No pro-active/outbound IR. Nothing that we need. We need broker/investor meetings, outbound calling, email awareness campaigns, media interviews, decent NR writing.........

That "PR" firm is a complete joke and embarrassment to their field. I have owned and run IR firms and they are no IR firm.
