This makes me think they are risking it because they have such a large short position from the trips.. So imo they are doing this not by choice but because they really have too. If they're short for as much as I think they are. TALK would push well above 0.02 very quickly without any news.. That type of covering at the offer would be very hurtful to their pockets, so in the mean time they are trying EVERY trick in the book to cover their position.. Once the fins drop though, they will have no choice but to hit the offer with a market order. So in the mean time they are covering little by little to minimize their losses when this scenario occurs..
