Yes, and their focus is the brand not the stock. They will not file until, at the very least, a hearing takes place on May 3rd. I do believe they will file before the two year anniversary. If you own what you say you do, you should remain optimistic as well. On a brighter note, if they don't, you'll have yourself one heck of a write off.
