Please disregard my rantings, I vented, I'm calm, and have some good news. I just had a 30 min phone talk with William. He is not Dr Evil. He actually does care about us. If not he would not have wasted his time with me. As much as he could tell me about his plans, LEGALLY, he has. The next PR will be very revealing... his logic is solid and I could find no holes in it. I am at this point convinced we will do well. So again disregard my ranting.

3 weeks ago I emailed WL. I asked about a potential merger of JV that he had formerly alluded to. He did email me back saying "Stay Tuned". Then the next week he announced a RS. How funny he must think it is that he has turned my $50000.00 into $5000.00. Does the term sadistic come to mind?
