OTC with MILLIONS in revenues?? We have that here!! What other OTC can you say has the DD behind it that TALK does.. With the current revenues estimated to be over $26 million, TALK already meets the requirements for a NASDAQ uplisting.. We just need the audited financials statements then boom!

I believe there is a $75k application fee for NASDAQ listing which is peanuts to UMS..
