I nor any person not in a personal and intimate way directly involved with the company really knows for sure......but, my gut feeling is that it will be after the completion of the split so that each company will be fair valued on it's own merits. I really expect a news blast from both companies and I also think that is being prepared for as we speak. All JMO of course. Only time will tell. GLTA
