Very good...but not all are lazy...some are temporary and that assistance is good for them..unfortunately....it is abused...:
Jean-Jacques Rousseau held disregard for the poor as much as the wealthy. He saw them as two evils that needed each other which caused despair for all others. That is something to think hard about.... in my opinion.
