However, if you sat and thought about it long enough and didn't need for someone to tell you an answer in order to find an answer, you might be able to logically conclude that since darkness is the absence of light then darkness would have to have the same time properties as light because when speed leaves light, it travels at the same rate as it did when it encroached on darkness. If it didn't, there would have to be some other element to exist that would explain a difference in speed between the two, and there is not. In any event, none of this has anything to do with the topics being discussed on this message board. If you are doing that poorly in school, might I suggest a tutor.
