Previous trading of LPPI in the last 2 months.
There was no big tax loss sell off at the end of 2015 down to the .000xs as predicted by a basher elsewhere - it never went below .0032 (on 12/24/2015) and very few shares were available below .0040.
It has never gone below .0040 so far in 2016.
Relatively few shares have been picked up in the .0040>.0070 range since the last court date in January - around 7M total have changed hands since 1/12.
If/when a settlement judgement is made, I do not believe many people would be able to grab even as little as 500K at any particular level before a run above .01.
Worth watching going forward.
