I was discussing that with someone today actually, Im not sure if trade restrictions would apply to CPD employees, but it appears TALK is trying everything they can to make this go through as legit as they can, so maybe. So there is a possibility that this has been made to go a bit sideways to help them cash in on some shares. I believe tomorrow is free game for everyone legally. There just isnt many other reasons for the lack of a PR with such news of this 8k. Maybe we see it tomorrow or Monday, maybe they are finishing the audits and want to wait, who knows. Either way, we know something is coming any day/week now.
