I called IR today at UMS, they weren't in today, but Im gonna call again tomorrow and see if we can get some clarification on when this 71 day clock is supposed to start. They dont like answering questions due to regulations, but this isn't really an insider trading thing, more of just explaining what their 8k means, so hopefully we have a definite day of when the clock starts. It appears many are 100% unsure when this 71st day is.
