You are correct Kenbe. The 10K was definitely nice to see but SCRC is still considered delinquent until all the 10Qs for 2015 are filed. This is what I was told by a reputable brokerage firm. I believe they will be out, I just hope soon. The 2015 10K NEEDS to be filed on time. Any discussion about what SCRC's revenues in 2015, good as it may be, is irrelevant until the 10Qs are filed.
