The publish date is February 4, 2016. On page 33 of the report (last page), it states today's date: Thursday, February 4th, 2016.

I just forwarded this link over to my CPA to get his opinion of the financial health of the company. What we need to keep in mind is.... this is unaudited information. Once a correct audit is performed, the numbers could look better or worse depending on what the accurate audit finds.
