I see that you claim there's a lot of 'good news' for ME. LOL!
First of all there is nothing to corroborate your 'redistribution of wealth' meme.
But let's say there was. What happens to that 'wealth'?
Are those presumably unworthy recipients socking it in savings accounts, or do you suppose they're spending it?
I'd say that the job numbers suggest that the consumer is driving.....consumption. Yeah, they're spending.
Someone is anyway.
As for the Debt? Of course it rose when government HAD to be the spender of last resort. Without that money flowing into the economy we would have been looking at a deeper, longer recession....or worse.
But maybe you can tell me, exactly, how the cool, level headed well informed team of McCain/Palin would have made it all better?!
I say it would have unfolded about the same. Same bailouts, same Stimulus....maybe bigger because, you know, Republican cut taxes and spend president! Like the last guy.
