Sorry Wilma. Was just saying. To me it was a shell because there was no business going on from what I could tell. I call for weeks and no one answered the phone. Their website was old and out dated. That is when I almost sold all my shares until we figured out that UMS was buying it for the name. Personally I really don't care what they were anymore. They were just a ticker name to me.
As someone who has had their own corporation for 16 years now and I have long retired but my corporation is still active and my websites are still online but have not been updated in years yet I still keep my corp going just to pay off the debt and write it off on my taxes. So label it what you like.
