$NAFS SHARE PURCHASE BY FEBRUARY 29:
The Company earlier announced a Share Purchase Agreement with Canadian Sandtech Inc (“CSI”) and is expected to conclude the acquisition of North America Frac Sand (CA) Ltd. by February 29, 2016.
