That's a stretch given we're talking about the Attorney General of Canada and a start up MMJ company.
IMO the $15 million claim is to have HC pay for the cost of keeping the facility for the past year and a half and legal fees.
Perhaps it was agreed to by both Cen and HC to allow the facility to operate and Cen recoup it's cost for the debacle.
We'll all know soon as these things have a tendency of showing up on the internet.
Giddy Up for now is where shareholder's have the best opportunity that could be anytime now with a successful launch of the product and production schedules. One can only hope right now
