I think they are in bed with the MM's or NITE? Maybe Scottrade fits in somehow? I don't like how people are allowed to borrow our shares and short our ticker with our own shares. That seems criminal to me. I just don't understand why MM's are allowed to keep manipulating stocks. They are dinosaurs of an age long gone! They are like an 8 track tape in the digital age. If ebay can build a buy/sell site how come the OTC with all their money is unable to create a free marketplace? What kind of lame excuse is it anyways when they say we need them for liquidity? Seems like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me. They just don't want to get rid of their fat cats!
