Yes makes complete sense to me also. So basically all we could be waiting on is for the new accountant to go over the old accountants work for the last 2 years and merge UMS in with it? 71 days kinda makes sense also, because they took 3 - 4 months to do all of UMS. Now there is just the shell to do.
