Actually you DO understand. Trump says he will build a military so strong that 'no one will mess with us'. All of the attacks I chronicled prove that we HAVE been messed with, consistently from one Admin to another, despite enormous Defense expenditure going back 70 years.

In other words Trump is on this issue, as he is on so many issues, completely F.O.S.
