You make a big deal about the SEC not being involved with the CRGP case, and then bring up the fact the SEC prosecuted violators of...something...related to bluesheet data and unsettled brokerage accounts , which you brought up without discussing how it related to your first point.
You're all over the place. Focus, and make a point. Assume your reader doesn't know what you're trying to say already.
