I am thinking it would be filed with the NAFTA claim site, which I do not have available at the moment, but, will search for it.
On another note....AND THIS IS PURE SPECULATION ON MY PART...........................................
I am curious about the 15 million claim. Why that amount ?
It would seem to me that is about what the facility in Lakeshore cost us and I am wondering if Bill is planning to get rid of it because of all of the negative publicity thrown at us by the Council there as well as others. It would be hard to get along with anyone in office considering what has happened and may have poisoned the waters there for us to do business with them. That would be a valid claim of harm done and a good basis for the amount asked for.
I personally hope we do move to another place and tell Lakeshore to shove the building up their ass's. Let the neighbors tear it down after we remove all of our equipment and go to a place where they will be happy to have the additional revenue.
What ever the reason.....I for one am glad to see it and once again excited for the future of our Company and Exec.'s. All JMO of course . GLTA
