Klip ... It's not officially over till some type of official announcement from Treaty.
I have lowered my expectations but believe there is still some hope.
When the CEO mentions a news blackout from it's shareholders in an update, as he did in Christmas, he is not fit for the position he is in.
Remember, he has ZERO SHARES and if this goes belly up it does not effect him. The BOD it is rumored 300 M plus shares. We know at least two of them from this board. They will not give up without a fight.
Hopefully, they tune in to the movie of Steve Jobs and realize the power they have as a sitting BOD and use it for theirs and our benefit.
