Wouldn't the company (even a pink sheet) need to make a pre-announcement) to the buying public before they bought back shares? Can someone (they really knows the rules) comment on this?

I would love to see a buyback in progress but lets not get every ones hopes up unless we at least know if a buyback is legal without the company FIRST announcing a buyback beforehand.

Since everyone loves to speculate IF a buyback is or about to take place this IMO would be bigger and greater from a SH perspective than all previous NTEK announcements combined.
