" When's the last time someone received correspondence from the company? "
For me that would be last Saturday. I don't contact the company often but when I do I always receive a reply within a short period of time. Whether it's during normal business hours, or in the evening, weekends etc. From what I can tell their pretty much working and available 24/7.
