Very true.
I had a Top Secret Clearance and went to a meeting and was excused as that wasn't high enough. I would think Sec. of State would fall into that, above top secret range for any in or out box information from that position. Hell, I had to have a Top Secret Clearance before I could even go to basic training, because of the post I was going to for basic. It just blows my mind about being allowed to having a private server in that position. I don't think the average American understands the seriousness of the action or inaction.
