The company has been under attack by abusive naked shorts and that is why the authorized has been raised twice. The company tried to force the shorts to cover by spinning off NTGL but that has yet to happen. Don't blame the company for the shareholders being bloodied put the blame where it belongs on the shorts and our supposed regulators who have been captured.
While I hope the recapitalization program makes a difference only time will tell.
What will make a difference is being profitable and using some of those profits to buy back and retire shares.
A spinoff of UltraFlix might also be a solution but I am counting on the company to have sought out and obtained expert advice for the development of a plan to force the shorts hand and drive them out.
Time will tell all.
