I completely agree that NTEK has some interesting aspects to its company that outside investors or companies would be interested in. Which is why I was first attracted to the company. But even private companies run audits and report financials to their investors. And ANY sale of a company is 100% not completed until audits are done. So while there are aspects to this company that might attract a buyer, with the past history of the ex ceo and everything else going on, I do not find the chances of someone buying shares to do a 'hostile takeover' very likely at this juncture.
