Re: JustTakesTime #50761
Another thing to consider, and I've seen this happen before. Company A wants to buy company B but they want to do it without causing poison pill to go into effect. So company A buys enough to fly under the radar but they employ one or two outside entities to buy up stock too with a preagreed upon price to sell it to company A. In other words, company A could fly under the radar with their shares until the entities they've contracted with to buy shares are ready. Then company suddenly has enough shares to control company B(NTEK).
At that point, shareholders of NTEK are either absorbed by the acquiring company for who knows how much, could be as little as what we're trading at now or NTEK stays as NTEK but is controlled by company A. Either way, it's not a good situation but one that NTEK had better be aware of.
IF NTEK is diluting to protect itself from hostile takeover then that's what they should do. At less than 5mm market cap, NTEK and it's secret sauce ripe for some kind of a hostile attack. If you don't believe that then you're in dreamland.
I hope like hell they're protecting us!!!
