I don't believe I have ever seen such rampant dilution as I have here the past 1.5 years, months, and days. It really is endless. Maybe back in the QBID days? Not really sure. But wow are they pouring shares into the OS. Which is predictable when you have death spiral financing in place. As the price falls, it takes more and more shares being diluted to raise the same amount of cash.

I am not going to say Foley does it for his own personal gain, as some have alluded to, or if it all goes towards paying the company bills. All I know is a tripling of the OS in just over a year is pretty much unheard of, even for the pinks.
