Did COR clear the shares that is their responsibility. Did they allow the clearance of the shares ahead of the conversion date.
Whoever cleared the shares ahead of the conversion is the guilty party.
CORS practices need to be investigated aside from this case. Is there a pattern of this activity with other shares they are clearing ahead of conversion dates?
