Not even plausible imo. Companies with nothing going for themselves do an R/S we have a selling product. So that's an oxymoron.
* Plus no one would vote for it
Could be a poison pill scenario, lots of buyout and board seat talk. Could be in protect mode.
Could be tring to raise cash on hand without debt.
