I contend NTEK has cash, much more than many here may believe. I also do not believe they are diluting all of those shares by selling them into the market to raise funds. Rather, shares are going to some entity or entities. An employee stock plan maybe but the majority are going elsewhere.

Therefore, NTEK can take funds they've generated, and I contend they are significant, and purchase shares in the open market for next to nothing pps. If dilution was to maintain controlling interesting in the company or NTGL so be it but they can still buy back shares and hold them in the treasury and then restructure but without an RS.
