If they send us a proxy with R/S details and zero commitment to futher dilution it will be very difficult to survive however if they R/S for share structure alignment for future uplist and commit to ZERO dilution followed by more content deals and studio deals we will start gaining traction from there.............but we will see no proxy until the current A/S is maxed out......at this rate that are diluting that could be next week just in time for fins
