Investors are discounting the price of the market cap because they are predicting one of two things happens in the near future as the AS is getting about maxed out.
Either:
A RS takes place and then more dilution or..
A raise in the AS and then more dilution..
As long as the dilution spigot remains on, like it has for the past 2 years, this drop in the stock price and market cap will continue. Look at the chart....it speaks volumes.
