Honestly I do not think he is working on an Investor relations firm nor is he working on the website.
I can't say what he has shared with those who have spoken with him on the telephone. What I can say is he has not done anything in the past year and 1/2 to affirm or confirm previous statements he's made so he continues to loose investor confidence (see .0003 share price not being bought.)
Anything is possible but the current share price is a strong indicator of what is actually probable.
