I don't think the judge is going to want to waste her time on a stupid case like this. I bet the additional material CTIX wants to put in their response has something to do with the recent good news re trials, FDA, etc. That, of course, proves that Rosen/Mako's claim that it "can't" work is without merit.

Who knows, though, they may have identified individuals and are putting in evidence of the conspiracy.
